CEDARVILLE, Ohio -- Brandy Orsborne of regular season co-champion Shawnee State University was voted AMC Player of the Year. The senior third baseman batted .415 which ranked third in the league.

Marcella Vanlandingham of Ohio Dominican was tabbed AMC Coach of the Year by her peers. She guided the Panthers, 35-16 overall and 20-4 AMC, to a share of the first conference title. Tiffany Trainer, a rightfielder from Urbana University, was selected Freshman of the Year.
