Amanda Blazetic, Notre Dame College
CEDARVILLE, Ohio - Notre Dame forward Amanda Blazetic (Eastlake, OH; Eastlake
North H.S.) has been named the AMC women's basketball Player of the Week. The
5-foot-10 sophomore paced the Falcons to a pair of wins by averaging 24.5
points per game.
Blazetic tallied 26 points in a 75-69 victory
over Point Park. She also had 23 points and 10 rebounds in a 83-76 overtime win
versus Ursuline. In the process, she set an NDC single-season scoring record of
539 points.
For the week, Blazetic shot .652 from the field
and .733 at the line. She contributed 15 rebounds, five steals, two blocks, and
two assists.

Kirsten Rossotti, Cedarville University
CEDARVILLE, Ohio - Cedarville center Kirsten Rosotti (West Caldwell, NJ; James
Caldwell H.S.) is the AMC women's basketball Player of the Week. The six-foot
senior averaged 23.5 points and 9.5 rebounds in leading the NAIA Division II
No. 7 Lady Jackets to two more victories which extended their winning streak to
17 straight. She also became the school's all-time leading scorer in the
process.
Rossotti scored 22 points and grabbed 12
rebounds in a 65-48 decision over Urbana. She added 25 points with seven boards
during a 73-63 win at Walsh. She shot .500 from the field for the week and hit
21-of-25 free throws for an .840 accuracy to go along with five assists, three
steals, and two blocks.
Rossotti became CU's all-time leading scorer
during the Walsh contest to break the previous record of 2,103 career points
set 23 years ago. Already the school's all-time leading rebounder, she
currently has 2,119 points and 1,104 rebounds.

Angela Tylec, Daemen College
CEDARVILLE, Ohio - Daemen guard Angela Tylec (Wheatfield, NY;
Niagara-Wheatfield H.S.) has been named the AMC women's basketball Player of
the Week. The 5-foot-7 senior averaged 25.7 points to lead the Lady Warriors to
a 3-0 week.
Tylec drilled six three-pointers and scored 24
points in an 86-73 North Division victory at Houghton; she netted 13 points
during a 77-38 non-conference win at D'Youville; then she completed her week
with eight treys and 40 points - with both marks tying school records - in a
82-63 North Division victory against Notre Dame. She also set AMC records in
the contest for most three-point field goals attempted (20) and overall field
goals attempted (31) in a conference game.
For the week, Tylec shot .469 from the field,
hit 15-of-35 treys for a .429 accuracy, and shot .667 at the charity stripe.
She totaled 16 rebounds, eight steals, three assists, and two blocked shots.

Kirsten Rossotti, Cedarville University
CEDARVILLE, Ohio - Cedarville center Kirsten Rossotti (West Caldwell, NJ; James
Caldwell H.S.) is the AMC women's basketball Player of the Week. The six-foot
senior averaged 23 points and 12.5 rebounds to pace the NAIA Division II No. 9
Lady Jackets to two more victories.
Rossotti scored 25 points and grabbed 13
rebounds in a 71-65 win at NAIA Division II No. 11 Ohio Dominican. In that
contest, she became Cedarville's all-time leading rebounder and became just the
second player in school history to surpass 2,000 career points. She finished
her week with 21 points and 12 boards in a 81-59 victory over Mount Vernon
Nazarene.
Rossotti shot .600 from the floor for the week,
made 1-of-2 three-point shots, and was .750 at the free throw line. She also
recorded three assists and three steals for the Jackets, who tied two school
records with 13 consecutive victories and 23 overall. Rossotti begins the week
with 2,025 career points and 1,063 rebounds.

Angela Layne, Houghton College
CEDARVILLE, Ohio - Houghton forward Angela Layne (Nyack, NY; Nyack H.S.) has
been selected the AMC women's basketball Player of the Week. The 6-foot-1
senior averaged 21.0 points, 8.0 rebounds, and 6.5 assists to lead the
Highlanders to a pair of North Division road victories.
Layne recorded 20 points, eight rebounds, and
seven assists in a 81-72 victory at Daemen to hand the Warriors their first
division loss. She also netted her 1,000th career point during the contest. She
later had 22 points, eight boards, and six assists in a 74-64 win at Carlow.
For the week, Layne shot .459 from the field
overall, .333 outside the arc, and .714 at the free throw line. She added five
steals and two blocked shots.

Allison Depp, Daemen College
CEDARVILLE, Ohio - Daemen center Allison Depp (Lockport, NY; Lockport H.S.) is
the AMC women's basketball Player of the Week. The six-foot freshman averaged
18.5 points, 11.0 rebounds, and 4.0 blocks in leading the Lady Warriors to two
victories and sole possession of first place in the AMC North Division.
Depp tallied 14 points, 11 rebounds and three
blocked shots in a 93-54 victory at Ursuline. She came back with 23 points, 11
rebounds, and five blocks in a 68-67 win versus Saint Vincent in a battle of
North Division unbeatens.
For the week, Depp made 17-of-23 shots from the
floor for 73.9 percent and 3-of-4 free throws for 75.0 percent. She also added
one assist and one steal.

Susan Adams, Mount Vernon Nazarene University
CEDARVILLE, Ohio - Mount Vernon Nazarene guard Susan Adams (Cardington, OH;
Cardington-Lincoln H.S.) has been named the AMC women's basketball Player of
the Week. The 5-foot-9 junior averaged 21.0 ppg and 9.0 rpg during the Cougars'
2-1 week.
Adams totaled 21 points and 10 rebounds in a
75-62 loss at NAIA Division II No. 12 Shawnee State. She posted her second
straight double-double with 17 points and 10 boards in a 71-55 victory over
Wilberforce which avenged a 29-point setback earlier in the season to the
Bulldogs. She finished her week with 25 points and seven rebounds in a 95-38
decision over Rochester MI.
For the week, Adams shot .455 from the field
overall, .444 outside the arc, and .714 at the line. She recorded seven
assists, six steals, and three blocks.

Christina Volpe, Roberts Wesleyan College
CEDARVILLE, Ohio - Roberts Wesleyan forward Christina Volpe (Batavia, NY; Notre
Dame H.S.) is the AMC women's basketball Player of the Week. The 5-foot-10
senior averaged 16.5 points and 8.5 rebounds in leading the Raiders to a pair
of North Division road victories.
Volpe scored 18 points and grabbed nine
rebounds in a 68-48 win at Geneva to go along with 15 points and eight boards
during a 80-66 victory at Seton Hill. She shot 68.8 percent from the field
overall, made her lone three-point attempt, and converted 71.4 percent of her
free throws. Volpe added five steals and one assist.
(December 16-22)
Janel Swinehart, Ohio Dominican University
CEDARVILLE, Ohio - Ohio Dominican guard Janel Swinehart (Galion, OH; Colonel
Crawford H.S.) has been selected the AMC women's basketball Player of the Week.
The 5-foot-6 senior averaged 15.5 points to lead the NAIA Division II No. 23
Panthers to a pair of wins at the Roberts Wesleyan Invitational.
Swinehart scored 15 points with six rebounds,
four assists, and four steals in a 76-65 victory over Westminster. She came
back with 16 points, seven boards, four assists, and five steals in a 82-76 win
versus host Roberts Wesleyan in the championship game.
For the week, Swinehart shot .484 from the
field and made her only free throw attempt. She totaled 13 rebounds, eight
assists, and nine steals for ODU, who has won seven straight games.

Emily Delimpo, Cedarville University
CEDARVILLE, Ohio - Cedarville center Emily Delimpo (Chesapeake, OH; Chesapeake
H.S.) is the AMC Player of the Week in women's basketball. She paced the NAIA
Division II No. 18 Lady Jackets to a pair of wins by averaging 20.5 points and
7.0 rebounds per game.
Delimpo, a six-foot freshman, made all 10 of
her field attempts and scored a career-high 22 points with seven rebounds
during a 97-73 win over previously unbeaten and NAIA Division II No. 7 Bethel
IN. She came back with 19 points and seven boards during an 84-48 victory
against Wilberforce in a South Division game.
For the week, Delimpo made 19-of-22 shots from
the field for 86.4 percent and hit 3-of-4 charity tosses for 75 percent. She
totaled 14 rebounds, one assist, and one steal.

Kirsten Rossotti, Cedarville University
CEDARVILLE, Ohio - Cedarville center Kirsten Rossotti (West Caldwell, NJ; James
Caldwell H.S.) has been selected the AMC Player of the Week in women's
basketball. She averaged 25.3 points and 9.7 rebounds per game as the Lady
Jackets won two out of three conference games.
Rossotti, a six-foot senior, scored 31 points
and grabbed 15 rebounds in an 88-84 win at Malone; netted 24 points with five
boards during a 81-56 victory at Mount Vernon Nazarene; and recorded 21 points
and nine rebounds in a 78-71 setback to Ohio Dominican. She also moved into
second place on Cedarville's all-time scoring list with 1,768 points.
For the week, Rossotti shot .582 from the field
and .571 at the line. She totaled 29 rebounds, three assists, three blocks, and
three steals for the Lady Jackets, who are ranked No. 13 in NAIA Division II.

Amanda Lewis, Ohio Dominican University
CEDARVILLE, Ohio - Ohio Dominican guard Amanda Lewis (Lima, OH; Shawnee H.S.)
is the AMC women's basketball Player of the Week. The 5-foot-7 junior guided
the Panthers to a 3-0 week and the Muskingum Tournament title.
Lewis began her week with 19 points in a 71-57
victory over Defiance. She netted 16 points and handed out five assists in a
79-67 win over Adrian in the first game of the Muskingum Tournament, and then
scored 12 points with five assists to lead ODU to a 68-59 decision over the
host school in the title game.
Lewis shot .514 from the field overall for the
week, .357 outside the arc, and she converted all six of her free throw
attempts. She added 12 assists, 11 rebounds, six steals, and one blocked shot.

Heather Schilling, Shawnee State University
CEDARVILLE, Ohio - Shawnee State guard Heather Schilling (Columbus, OH;
Westland H.S.) has been named the AMC women's basketball Player of the Week.
She averaged 26.5 ppg in leading the NAIA Division II No. 8 Bears to two wins
over nationally-ranked opponents.
Schilling, a 5-foot-6 sophomore, netted 24
points in a 66-57 victory over NAIA Division II No. 9 Indiana Wesleyan. She
came back with 29 points in an 82-71 win versus NAIA Division I No. 22
Freed-Hardeman.
For the week, Schilling shot .514 from the
field overall, .444 outside the arc, and .818 at the free throw line. She
totalled 14 rebounds, six steals, and three assists.
(November 11-17)
Michelle Ling, Malone College
CEDARVILLE, Ohio - Malone guard Michelle Ling (Sugarcreek, OH; Hiland H.S.) is
the first AMC women's basketball Player of the Week for the season. She
averaged 26.7 ppg during the Pioneers' 2-1 week and was named MVP of the Malone
Tournament.
Ling, a 5-foot-7 sophomore, opened her week
with 40 points in a 105-91 South Division win over Wilberforce. The output was
the fourth-highest single-game total ever recorded in an AMC game. She also had
18 points in a 71-70 setback to Taylor and 22 points in a 65-61 victory over
NAIA Division II No. 9 Indiana Wesleyan.
For the week, Ling shot .644 from the field,
made 14-of-23 three-pointers for a .609 accuracy, and shot .615 from the line.
She added 12 assists, eight rebounds, four steals, and a blocked shot.
