Malone repeats as AMC champion
CEDARVILLE, Ohio -- Malone college won its sixth
straight AMC men's cross country title and 27th overall at John Bryan State
Park near Cedarville College on November 6. The Pioneers, who finished third at
the NAIA Nationals, had the first four finishers in the league meet and placed
five runners on the seven-member All-AMC Team.
Malone junior Daniel Kibungei covered the 8,000 meters in 25:20 to win by 10 seconds. Pioneer coach Jack Hazen earned AMC Coach of the Year honors.
